Zumba is a dance fitness program that involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. The exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training such as squats and lunges. This program is definitely a crowd favorite!


With the sounds and sights of Bollywood, this 60-minute dance-based fitness workout program has ample benefits. It is fun, easy to follow and fully adaptable to every body type and fitness level. This program includes abdominal, glute and core work, plus cardio and weight training to provide a range of strengthening, stretching, balancing and core exercises.



Piloxing is a cardio workout that combines standing pilates, boxing and dance. The workout is formatted into intervals to maximize calorie burn, muscle toning & improve cardiovascular health. It is performed barefoot to better execute the moves and reap the benefits of the original disciplines.


This series of classes is designed to introduce students to the practice of yoga. The practice will focus on developing your strength, balance and flexibility as well the safe techniques and alignments in the yoga asanas (poses). Pranayama (breathing exercises) can also be included to encourage an air of calmness. These basic techniques will help build a strong core foundation.
