Piloxing is a cardio workout that combines standing pilates, boxing and dance. The workout is formatted into intervals to maximize calorie burn, muscle toning & improve cardiovascular health. It is performed barefoot to better execute the moves and reap the benefits of the original disciplines.
This series of classes is designed to introduce students to the practice of yoga. The practice will focus on developing your strength, balance and flexibility as well the safe techniques and alignments in the yoga asanas (poses). Pranayama (breathing exercises) can also be included to encourage an air of calmness. These basic techniques will help build a strong core foundation.
Prenatal yoga mummies will benefit from deep toning & strengthening of birth muscles, in preparation for labour. You will also be equipped with labour comfort measures and knowledge on how to tackle physical/mental challenges till that baby is due. An e-book manual guide will be provided as well for all registrants.
